Philosophy:
I experience the most awesome power in the moments of my greatest vulnerability and I invite the brave into this realization with me...
More than anything, I am a vessel. I am eternally moving towards the essences that I
seek: the finer, purer, Lighter, brighter, richer, sweeter and Lovelier
essences, sharing them with others & removing the blocks that
impede them.
I receive energy in a state of openness, receptivity and allowance. In this state, the Divine works directly through me. I contain, sort and identify energy without fear, expectation or judgment; and when appropriate, assimilate it. I've spent 15 years becoming fluent in the language of energy. Because of the depth of my surrender, discernment and the purity of my intention, I am of a lot of use in this way.

I embody the Goddess in sacred service to the Divine Feminine, to assist the world in coming back into balance.
I think we place far too much emphasis on
productivity when the best solutions, inspirations and aspirations
come from daydreaming, receptivity and play~ I believe in honoring
natural rhythms of the body, Seasons and Life by being in the Flow~~
I experience the world mainly through feeling. I am more interested in a
person's ability to be Loving than in their worldly power, accomplishments or accumulation of things.

All we can do is be authentically ourselves, with as much self-awareness as possible~ and to share ourselves as honestly and openly as we are able, in all of our creative chaos and in our human frailty. Knowing, that not everyone will understand us, accept us or be able to contain us. All we can do is to uncover and Love the parts of ourselves that we deem hard to Love. I believe that there is so much brilliance locked in humanity just begging to be set free! Unlock your part and share it... what's your part to play?

In only one generation, we have forgotten the benefits of having our children at home and in the water! Birth, like Death, is a sacrament. It deserves our most Love & conscious awareness.

I am very devoted to God but not a big fan of organized religion, as it often leads to separation and bondage. I think all religions serve
some and none serve all. At some point, we evolve beyond religion and belief and simply strive to be happy, enjoy Life, express ourselves and help people.
Let us each do what we can
to affect our center of influence in a positive way, beginning with
ourselves and not wait for government to clean our oceans, feed the poor and protect our animal Brothers & Sisters, for example.

Training:
During her Nine years in Hawaii, Lizz did much of her formal training with Aqua-Cranial Therapy Modality Originator
Rebecca Goff, including a State of HI
Apprenticeship of Reiki II, Aqua-Cranial Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, sound healing, aromatherapy and more.
Lizz trained extensively with Juliet Butters Doty of Australia in Past Life Work,
Exorcism and Intuitive Healing. Shealso completed a 16 week Teacher
Training Program facilitated by John McAfee in Woodland Park, CO.
Lizz learned Numerology, Women's Circles, Tarot and the Medicine ways at the auspicious foot of Megan Grey Wolf Woman/ Butterfly Meg and Shamanism with
Amy Leigh Halvatzes.
Lizz's pot of gold is a Loving kindness emanates from her, creating a safe space for all who enter into the sacred with her. Having found her true work that is both meaningful and reflective of her, she shares what she has learned with those who seek it.

Lizz's primary intuitive gift is Clairsentience, as she is an Empath. Clairsentience is the ability to feel
the movements of energy and to feel empathically what her client
feels. She is also Clairvoyant (seeing), Clairaudient (hearing) and Claircognizant (knowing).
Lizz's Soul work is for anyone seeking more knowledge of who they
are as a Soul. For many, simply being in sacred space with her one-on-one is enough to activate Who They Really Are.
Past Life work (or Symbolic Life if you prefer) is Lizz's other speciality. This work has assisted people in gaining more Mastery
over reactionary or pattern behavior and smoothing the rough edges around
painful emotions. Most importantly, it removes the barriers that keep
a person from feeling their own true nature, connection, Love, power and
access to those things; as well as freeing a person from energies that
seek to manipulate, confuse or dominate. Best of all, it leads people to greater self-awareness, understanding, empowerment and forgiveness.
